We are here and ready to make your appointment with us exceptionally special. A team spa associates will guide you upon arrival from beginning to end to ensure your day with us is an experience. Because our team associates work very hard for your comfort experience, we honor and require a 24-hr cancellation or reschedule notice upon the $25 dollar pre-payment to hold your time slot, and for all other pre payments see price at booking. This amount is deducted from your total cost of services and is non-refundable or redeemable if your appointment is not kept or you are more than 30 minutes late. Please prepay during booking to confirm your appointment. All bookings without the $25 or other pre payments amount required will not be held. There are no refunds on hair services! Refunds are only granted per discretion of the owner and within 24-hours of rendered services. All inquiries, questions or concerns should be address prior to services.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged, contact us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do require pre-payment fees for services booked online, which will deduct from your original cost of service(s) when rendered. A “no-show” is considered for a non-canceled appointment, is non-refundable for pre-payment. A service that was paid in-full and not canceled or rescheduled will access a 50% charge of the total cost paid. A non-canceled appointment or “no-show” is considered after 30 minutes and/or no communication is made within the specified time.
​Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable! This does not include services that are partially refunded within the cancellation time frame. Only a manager or owner is authorized to grant a refund on all other service issues upon discretion and on an individual basis.
