Braid removal of extensions or natural hair provided with little to no additional requirements other than our oil or conditioner base application. This application is sometimes used to soften the hair before or during the removal. We will cleanse the hair with our dry shampoo if desired after removal. Inquire within for more details

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, contact us at least 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do require pre-payment fees for services booked online, which will deduct from your original cost of service(s) when rendered. All sales are final and non-refundable after time of cancellation has passed. This does not include services that will refund partial refund within the cancellation time frame. Owner will refund all other issues of services upon discretion on an individual basis. For questions or concerns, contact us directly for clarification on refund policy or limitations on rescheduled appointments.
